Love Life!
This month's Mixed Media Card Challenge theme is
Love. The optional element for this month is buttons.
Here is my card for this month:
I created this month's background with a distress marker spritzer, layered distress stains on top with the an acrylic block technique and stamped misted distress inks. The children are watercolored with distress inks and their coats are embellished with Craft Lounge, sparkly fluff. The snow is created with flakes of Martha Stewart's snow glitter. Connected the image and sentiment with a piece Tim Holtz diecut and embossed snowflake. If you happen to think of it as a pine branch that is okay too!
Hope you have time to stop by the
Mixed Media Card Challenge to see all the design team's creative interpretations on LOVE and then dive into the real fun of creating a mixed media card of your own...can't wait to see what you come up with!
Thanks for stopping in and stay warm!
So cute, Jan. Somehow THE perfect card coming from you!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great card. The snow glitter makes such a huge impact, but I mostly love the background. :)
